Friday

We woke up on Friday and got ready for the day. We started by grabbing some breakfast at a nearby restaurant before heading to the festival. We arrived just in time for the gates to open and began our exploration of the grounds. The weather was perfect, sunny with a light breeze. It was definitely cooler than it had been during Weekend 1, but that didn’t bother us too much.

Throughout the day, we saw a variety of music performers including Radiohead, System of a Down, SZA,DNCE, and many more. We even got to see Kendrick Lamar perform live! His set was amazing and he definitely put on a show – we would highly recommend going to see him if you get the chance. After his performance, we returned to our campsite for dinner and some rest before gearing up for Saturday night’s festivities.

Saturday

Saturday started off with another beautiful morning – perfect weather for attending Coachella! We grabbed some breakfast at our campsite before getting ready and heading out to explore once again. There were so many great acts this year that it was hard to decide which ones to see – but in the end we decided on Childish Gambino, Deftones, Death Cab For Cutie, Chicano Batman (yes!), LCD Sound
